Otaku House @ Plaza Singapura will be closed on 14 Februrary and open on 15 February from 12pm to 10pm. The rest of our outlets will be closed on 14 and 15 February and resume usual operations on 16 February.

We are pleased to announce that due to popular demand, pre-ordering is finally available at Otaku House! You can now order items that are scheduled to be released and be one of the first to get them!


Items available for pre-ordering include, but are not limited to anime figurines, anime Tshirts, other anime memorabilia, Qee collectibles, Toy2r collectibles, and many more!


The pre-order items will be added onto our website soon. Meanwhile, you can view our pre-order catalog at any of our outlets and make an order there! New items will be updated regularly!

Otaku House was recently featured in the 3rd episode of HP Space, a reality TV show on Starhub’s Channel V and Star World Channel, shown on 24th and 25th November respectively. Battling to win a space on HP Space, the 4 teams of contestants’ task this week was to create a 1 minute anime film, judged by a panel headed by Toru Miura, president of Anime International Company.


The video above shows the contestants shopping for cosplay costumes for their presentation at Otaku House, and also snippets of the presentation, with the contestants wearing our costumes (Sailor Moon, Yuna from Final Fantasy, Goku from Dragonball, and Akatsuki from Naruto).

You may have seen the ad on TV already. The current Iluma mall TV Commercial which started airing in August 2009 was filmed in September 2009, and partially shot in the Otaku House outlet at #03-01.


The 2 talents wore cosplay costumes from Otaku House; specifically the Kyon’s High School uniform from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and the female Japanese summer school uniform from Ikkitousen.


The ANBU mask from Naruto was also worn by the female talent, and the lovely pink Glow-in-the-Dark 18″ Bear Qee exclusively at Otaku House was also included.
